Pre nášho klienta hľadáme skúseného, šikovného a flexibilného kandidáta na pozíciu Head of IT Operations v Bratislave.

NÁPLŇ POZÍCIE

• You lead the IT Operations team.
• You will ensure the availability and security of our applications and that new releases are properly deployed to the underlying cloud platforms.
• Your are responsible that events and incidents are handled promptly and properly.
• You collaborate closely with internal and external developer teams, third party providers and clients as well as with other IT teams within Swiss Re Group
• You maintain close alignment with the technology team of iptiQ EMEA as well as various partners at Life Capital and Swiss Re Group, in particular in Information Security, Compliance, Legal and Risk Management.
• You ensure close relationships with the individual cloud providers.
• You own the various oversight activities defined to ensure that all cloud-related operational risks are under control, in particular that iptiQ’s use of cloud is always aligned with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• You orchestrate cross-domain activities in cloud risk management during the on-boarding of new distribution partners or major changes to the architecture of iptiQ’s IT landscape.
• You coordinate our cyber defence activities.

POŽIADAVKY

• Experience with deployment and operations of complex cloud-based applications.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership and management skills are very helpful.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a precise and concise way.
• Inherent passion and validated knowledge in strategic technology development, digital transformation and the inherent regulatory challenges.
• University degree in IT or a relevant degree with excellent scores in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related fields.
• Experience in a DevOps set-up to support the further development of this setup.
• Experience in IT Security to ensure we have a state of the art security setup.
• Experience in the insurance industry, its markets, players and regulatory constraints is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end business processes in (life) insurance businesses are a plus.
• Fluency in English.
